1. When placing an order, you accept our regulations.
2. Orders are placed via e-mail and the minimum order in Poland is 199 PLN together with the shipping cost. The amount is calculated, e.g.: 1 x 199 PLN + 25 PLN = 224 PLN.
3. The minimum order outside Poland is PLN 1000 together with shipping costs PLN 100.
4. We do not make changes to the order after receiving the payment.
5. We accept payments only at BTC or when ordering over 100g at the request of USDT ERC20, XMR.
6. We do not return payments.
7. We do not inform about the exact date of shipping, we provide approximate.
8. We do not inform you about the exact date of receipt of the parcel.
9. We do not give tracking numbers, unless they are foreign shipments on the day of delivery.
10. We do not check when the shipment is located.
11. We do not send cash on delivery.
12. Messages with links and attachments are omitted and the addresses are blocked.
13. We do not collect your personal data outside the e-mail address.
14. Sending an email several times in one case results in the addition to blocked.
15. All messages written without privnote.com encryption are ignored.
16. Orders and Bitcoin addresses are active 14 days from placing the order.
17. We do not take any responsibility for payments 14 days after placing the order.
18. We do not consider a complaint if it was reported in public in a different place than email contact with us.
19. We do not consider complaints submitted 24 hours after receiving the parcel.
20. If, for reasons beyond the control of us, the package is undercooked to the recipient and the track number indicates it, you may ask for its access and count on sending another package with the contents of 50% of the first package. Reship concerns the area of Poland.
21. Ask about the availability of the ordered product if you make a payment a few hours after placing the order.
22. We do not accept returns.
23. We can leave you a package in a safe place without contact with us in a large city in Poland on request if it is an order above 100g.
