How to submit a complaint correctly?
Write us an e-mail with the title COMPLAINT, encrypt your message at privnote.com, do not attach any attachments until you are asked to do so. Describe what you don’t like and wait for a reply. You have 24 hours from receiving the package.
Can I send back the parcel?
